Refund Policy

Overnight Trip Refund Policy:

We are so excited to have you join our adventure, and we understand that sometimes plans can change. Because participation is limited and each spot is reserved specifically for registered guests, all registrations are non-refundable.

We also commit to and prepay hotels, meals, permits, and other event-related expenses well in advance based on confirmed registrations. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend.

If your plans do change, you are welcome to transfer your registration to someone you know. Please email contact@utvoffroadadventures.com with your name, along with the new participants name and phone number, so we can update the registration.

If you do not find someone to take your spot, please email contact@utvoffroadadventures.com with your name and phone number. We will first check our waiting list, and if there is no one currently waiting, we will share that a registration spot has become available. While we cannot guarantee that the spot will be filled, we are happy to assist in the process if possible.

Weekend Trip Refund Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration, $25.00 per person is non-refundable.

Full refunds (less the $25.00 per person non-refundable fee) will be issued until online pre-registration closes.

After online pre-registration closes, cancellations will receive a 50% refund, less the $25.00 per person non-refundable fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

There will be no refunds granted for any reason after the cancellation window closes, including, but not limited to, inclement weather, trail conditions, personal circumstances, mechanical issues, or any other reason.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@utvoffroadadventures.com.

Unfortunately, registrations cannot be transferred to another event.
